Hey all,

I rarely post on forums but here I am. I’ve been reading a ton on here and am looking for advice. I’m overweight at 195lbs down from 220. I’m on the keto diet with around 20grams of carbs a day. I haven’t worked out in years but started a few weeks ago and have been making improvements. My waist is shrinking and I’m feeling better. I had to get a physical and they will check my test levels. I’m just using protein supplements and creatine. Are sarms a no no right from the get go? If so when will be a good time to start them. I know I can improve naturally. My goals are to be lean and cut with some size. I was looking into Tren and test until I read the forums and saw some of Dylan’s videos. That won’t be for quite a long time. Any and all advice is appreciated.

Ace

My stats:

33 y/o
5’8
195lbs
Not sure of body fat. BMI is 28 for what it’s worh and waist size is now 36
Never any cycles
Supplemts are protein, creatine, fish oil, black seed oil, multivitamin and apple cider vinegar daily. (I don’t think the last few are supplements)
My job is strenuous, I have some back pain that has greatly improved.

Welcome to the board buddy, I'm also a newbie here!

Every journey starts with the first step, and eating clean is a really good start.

If I can offer any advice, just be mindful of the keto diet. I've tried it because of the hype on YouTube but the more I researched it, the less it actually made sense. I also found it very difficult to maintain and afford! But, if it's working for you then stick with it - just remember, you don't lose weight because of macro percentages, you lose weight because of calorific deficit.

Again, welcome to the board...

welcome to isarms bro... you can use sarms eventually, yes but if you are just starting to work out then clearly you would not be using any ped's right off the jump... you need to put in some time naturally before you even think about using anything but sarms will be far more acceptable for you than steroids ever would be in due time

OP congrats on your progress. I recommend you build a solid natty foundation before considering any PED's.

Welcome to the forum bud. It sounds like you are on the right track with your diet to get into better shape and condition. Keep the consistency going with your training and you'll make some solid progress. In time you can start with sarms to take it to another level. For now you are headed in the right direction

Finally some1 who watched a Dylan video and PAID ATTENTON TO IT

I appreciate all the input, thanks! I just got my test level results and it’s at 306. My doc hasn’t called me, I checked it online. Should this be of concern? I’m going to make another appt. what should I expect?

That is definitely below normal range. Are you having any symptoms of low T?

you need to speak to an ENDOCRINOLOGIST as i already told you in your pm.. not just a normal doctor, thats ALL you need to do and focus on right now

This upcoming Thursday. I’m trying to schedule an endocrinologist appt as well. Do PCPs prescribe test of any kind or must it be from a specialist?

the endocrinologist is ALL YOU NEED TO SEE... thats where you will get the right treatment, guidance and answers!!

Update....... I saw a urologist, endocrinologist was booked for another month. Uro gave me a choice of Clomid vs trt depending whether I wanted kids or not in future. He didn’t give me pros and cons for weightlifting and I didn’t ask. I figured Id ask you guys. Any input is appreciated. Thx.

Depends man on what you want and what makes you feel best. Clomid can help get numbers back up, my doc tried it but I had problems with it, made me really bloated which can be a side affect. Trt there are quite a few options as to how they may treat you with it, gels, injections, troches etc. You wouldn't be put on a get jacked volume of test, just enough to get you in range and feel better health wise. Did you want kids? Do you want to stick a needle in yourself every week for the rest of your life?

clomid is not a substitute for trt... i wouldnt go with that option at all but you have to decide FOR YOURSELF what you want in the future... its not impossible to have kids on trt but its much more difficult and im dealing with that right now... so you have to keep that in mind

With your levels just below normal range you might want to try the Clomid therapy first in my opinion. That may bring you up enough to get into ramge without having to resort to trt just yet. Can't hurt to at least try that first. You could also throw some Post CT in there which will also help bring your levels, libido, and overall mood up as well https://www.dganutrition.com/post-ct
