I’m a 30/M. 6’0” 200 lbs. 18% BF. I’ve been training for several years but my diet has been awful. Recently (last 6 months) started training with a new group and have changed my eating habits dramatically (no pop, very low sugar, high protein). I want to drop BF on this first cycle. I’m leaning towards something with Andarine and Cardarine (possibly with RAD140 as well).
1-12 20 mg Cardarine per day
1-12 10 mg Andarine per day
1-12 10 mg RAD140 per day
mini pct weeks 13-16:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20 mg/day
Any thoughts?
