First Cycle (Critique and advice wanted)

Hello brothers and hello Dylan. Thank you for the content you put out on a weekly basis. I have keenly been watching for the last two years.

I am now ready to pull the trigger on my first cycle. Please be brutally honest with critique and advice. I will try to provide as much information as i can.

Age 27
Height 5"11
Weight 185lbs
BF % - 11% taken from calipers at my local gym

Have been consistently following a 5x5 strength program for the last 2 years. Recently switched up to a push pull routine to finally start sculpting after building a decent base from the 5x5 program.

Goal of cycle is to help aid in sculpting and filling out ever so slightly, with the intention of cleaning it up with lower cals in the last few weeks.

Items ordered

2 x Complete Hormone blood tests which include (DHEA-S, FSH, LH, Testosterone, F Test. (calc), SHBG, FAI, Oestradiol)

20 1ml amps of 250mg Test Enanthate
2x Pharma grade Aromasin - Each pack contains 30 x 25mg tablets
1x Pharma grade Clomid - Each pack contains 24 x 50mg tablets
2x Pharma grade Nolvadex - Each pack contains 30 x 20mg tablets

My Plan is as follows

Get first Blood test done

Begin Cycle

Week 1 - Monday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod
Week 2 - Monday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod
Week 3 - Monday - 250mg Inection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod
Week 4 - Monday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod
Week 5 - Monday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod
Week 6 - Monday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod

Second Blood test will be taken during the start of this week. (Bloodtest has a 2 day turnaround, depending on blood levels i would like to up the dose to 500mg per week for the remainder of the cycle)

Week 8 - Monday/Thursday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod
Week 9 - Monday/Thursday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod

Week 11 - Monday/Thursday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod
Week 12 - Monday/Thursday - 250mg Injection 12.5mg Aromasin Eod

Week 13 Waiting for esters to clear
Week 14 Waiting for esters to clear

Week 15 Clomid ED 50mg/ Nolva 40mg ED
Week 16 Clomid ED 50mg/ Nolva 40mg ED

Back to normal life hopefully.

It seems like you’ve done your research brother ... that’s great ... 250mg a week is too low in my opinion... I would up it to 350mg per week

Thanks man, i'm not entirely sure how i would inject when using 1ml 250mg amps to make 350mg a week. Should i instead opt for a 10ml vial under a different brand?

Have you considered doing test 400mg or 500mg per week, from week 1-12? I would personally do 400, split it twice a week for stable blood levels. I would lower clomid last 2 weeks to 25 and throw in mk2866 and gw501516 during pct. Youre also forgetting aromasin eod for pct.

Your life will be much better!

This is unreal someone was actually done research, has good stats, and proposed a complete and full cycle.

I agree 300 to 350 mg's of test a week is the way to go.

You probably also want to add a little bit to that PCT.

I have not. From the videos i watched of Dylan he recommended 250mg for a beginner. If it's not too much to ask could you possibly lay out a plan in this thread for the full duration along with pct?

Week 1-18 liver and organ protection (which i forgot to mention) theres many out there

Week 13 and 14 let esters clear out

I would throw in sarms, mk 2866 and gw 501516 during pct week 15-18.

Your setup is fine just bumped the test from 250 to 300 or 350. Don't go any more than 350 on the test.

During the two week period where i let everything clear out should i avoid taking the aromasin and simply wait until i start pct to jump back on it?

So weeks 1/12 injections with aromasin eod

Week 13/14 absolutely nothing or still aromasin eod?

Week 15 and beyond you covered.
