Hi!
I'm 26 years old female.
I was thinking to start to use DNP.
My goal is to lose cca 10 kg. Curently I have 80 kg and I'm 170 cm tall. My bf is around 33%.
I would like to ask for help and advise with dosing and use of DNP.
I'm looking for the safest dose with minimum risk.
 
I wouldn't mess with dnp if I were you. At 5'5 and 176lbs 33% bf, what you need is a solid training, cardio, and nutrition setup to lose fat. Dnp is not the way to go and you're making a mistake if you screw with it. What does your training/cardio look like? Do you track your nutrition?

okay, im just going to have to blunt and straight to the point... NO! this is such a life altering type decision... you have no idea what your doing and no clue how dangerous dnp is... just stop, seriously... this is NOT the answer whatsoever.. i would rather you use clen, and i HATE clen, than use dnp.. you are going about this the completely wrong way... just take a step back, reevaluate, and let's talk reality here... you absolutely can start to cut weight... you can do it in a very safe, effective and well being enhancing way... start by reading my articles on sarms here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
 
I know it's dangerous I did a lot of research but still I decided to try.
Probably it's not the smartest idea but I was thinking to do it with a minimum dose and the safest possible way.
My plan was to run it for 20 days, max dose 200 mg per day, split doses in 2- 100 mg in the morning (around 5 am) and 100 mg in the afternoon (around 3 pm).
I was planning to train 2 times per day cardio and be on keto diet.
I also thought to run T3 with DNP.

Thoughts?

I would not advise you to do that at all, and I can't support that at all. DNP is not to be taken lightly and you need to sty far away from it. The risk is not worth he reward, and on off dose can be fatal. You never know exactly how accurate the dosing is from some of these sources, so it's a big gamble and risk....wth your life.

I would much rather you see you take the smart and sensible effective route with sarms. GW and SR9009 will help you drastically with fat loss without the side effects

Not a great idea as many have posted. I'm concerned because I don't think you've done your research on DNP.

Example 1. You say you want to train twice daily. If you've looked at any DNP logs, you'll see that working out once and to your max potential is difficult to impossible.

Example 2. You want to do a keto diet. DNP usage gives you carb cravings so a keto diet is the worst thing you can do. I have a buddy who uses DNP, is a keto guy, and has increased his carbs while on DNP.

Please listen to people here and take a step back from this idea. This is a very dangerous compound and you should really be aware of all of the ins and out...especially if you're going to "just do it" and ignore everyone.

please do not run t3, do not mess around with thyroid hormones, please...

if you really want to do something and your ignoring our advice about the sarms, you can buy albuterol at link in my sig, but personally , i wouldn't even do that.

i would go with sarms as a female

The people on this form are pretty hard-core some of them 20 years plus of steroid use if they say don't use DMP you don't use it. They don't personally know you but they are looking out for your best interest's. So listen to them. Or you're going to get seriously hurt to lose a few pounds. Just think about that for a minute.

I love the way people ask for advice and then say well I already have it and am gonna dose it at this mg's lol not sure why you even asked the question if your mind was made up before you asked. 33% bf you need to work on diet, and training there is no magic pill but I guess you will find out soon enuff if you continue to do it. have people used it successfully YES have people died by fucking up a few milligrams YES fuckin idiot in the UK fried his innards.
 
If that doesn't put things in perspective about the dangers of dnp, I don't know what will

thats the typical person only wanting to get an answer they WANT to hear... im sorry but this is not the place for that and ESPECIALLY not the place to try to back someone in the corner by saying "im doing it anyway" That's literally the worst approach anyone could take with me...
