oh ok cuz it sounded like you had your mind made up already, I really hope you reconsider this decision and do something way more safe like sarms. lets restart this convo then. how long have you been training or working out, what does your diet look like and what are your goals?

thoroughly agree... i would also like to see both the training/cardio program and diet because i guarantee there are a lot of flaws there that could be fixed and help tremendously... it makes no difference what you run, if those are not dialed in, consistent and disciplined, you will never achieve what your could and should...
 
okay, im just going to have to blunt and straight to the point... NO! this is such a life altering type decision... you have no idea what your doing and no clue how dangerous dnp is... just stop, seriously... this is NOT the answer whatsoever.. i would rather you use clen, and i HATE clen, than use dnp.. you are going about this the completely wrong way... just take a step back, reevaluate, and let's talk reality here... you absolutely can start to cut weight... you can do it in a very safe, effective and well being enhancing way... start by reading my articles on sarms here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.

If my wife ran this stack for 7 weeks up to her show that would be ok? Or should she change something a week or two before hand? She will be drying out the last week. Thanks D

just want to say, you can take all the DNP/clen/t3/albuterol, whatever the fk u want , if u arnt eating in a caloric deficit and doing cardio and eating clean you will stay fat. THESE "magical" pills don't do anything but SLIGHTLY HELP you burn off the fat, dieting is the only way to lose weight, nothing replaces hard work, there is no magic pill. btw, besides the risk of death , do you understand the other side effects of these drugs , like they are really bad, especially for a women...

The people on this form are pretty hard-core some of them 20 years plus of steroid use if they say don't use DMP you don't use it. They don't personally know you but they are looking out for your best interest's. So listen to them. Or you're going to get seriously hurt to lose a few pounds. Just think about that for a minute.

at 33% body fat what is the point? If you need drugs to lose it you need drugs to maintain it. As soon as you stop taking the drugs and your body returns to normal you will gain all that weight back.
 
I WOULD NEVER EVER consider this. Fat loss is not worth it. Clean diet...clean eating. Previously I lost 40lbs in 4 months without exercise just by eating healthy. Then after that and keeping it off for 2 years I started with sarms, wright only dropped 5lbs but i lost a bit of body fat. Never ever ever would I ever consider running do and I'm surprised to see this.

she definitely can... this is a perfect stack.. she can definitely start it now up to her show... one thing i would highly consider adding is mk2866... females respond extremely well to mk2866... she would run it 12.5 mg per day the first two weeks and then bump to 25 mg the rest of the cycle..

i completely agree... a lot of times, people jump on these hardcore drugs, like dnp and clen only to find that not only are they far harsher than they thought but they cannot sustain and end up worse off than when they started... this is WHY i CONSTANTLY STRESS THE FACT that this is marathon and not a sprint... this is why i love sarms so much in this regard... its very very simple... not only are they far safer but they are far more effective, especially in the long term and for help with maintenance, which is the actual battle, not just getting there.. getting there is the easy part but maintenance is where you put in the work and you will not maintain anything with dnp or clen... well, i take that back.. you will maintain long term side effects and problems but other than that, nothing... sarms are sustainable and they help in many facets of training...
 
btw OP, the user above "missBizz" is a female , so she understands where your coming from and lost 40lb in 4 months from just dieting and sarms .
