Welcome to the board. Let's hear a little more about you so we can set you on the right path. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%. How long have you been training? What does your current nutrition look like? I'll tell you right now, nothing you take will shed the fat tissue off unless you have your training and nutrition setup properly so that is a must. Let's start with those stats first and we'll get you taken care of.

Please tell me specifically what your goals are. Are you just looking to lose fat, or also build muscle and strength? If you also have these as goals, let me know and I can set you up a more comprehensive stack for that
