Whole blood is fine it will but its not gonna be that high take it too low and it will effect your pwrformance.unless youve been running 2 grams of EQ for 20 weeks thats overkill
Yes it will it basically twice the rate since you are giving double red blood cells. During a double RBC donation you get only your plasma returned back to you. It's a good thing to do when values are higher than they should be. I do doubles once or twice a year. The only downside is you must wait double the time before your next donation which is 16 weeks
Most of the time a whole blood donation is perfectly fine and the way to go, even with slightly elevated levels.
