I did this program when I was about 20. I gained a lot from it back then in the '90s. Is this program outdated in terms of putting on size? It's 31 pages so here's just a couple of pics.

I can tell you one thing look at the before and after pics

1: he has totally different lighting(hard light from above) to cast down shadows to create depth in the after photo
2: he is turned flat to the camera with his arms way out to appear like his lats grew
3: leg shot...his shorts are pulled WAY up to show quads a lot more
4:......um.....enough said

I did this shit for a living, I know all the lighting tricks....LOL

Interesting indeed. So this was a way for Ironman magazine to sell more stuff.

I agree. It's a trick pic set. But the routine could still be good. It's just a gimmick but that's def not a 50lb difference. Also notice he's canted slightly to the right so he doesn't look as wide in the first pic.

If it worked in the 90's it'll work now. Anatomy doesn't changed.

Agreed. It obviously worked for some, so it can still be very effective. The thing is, what works best for one might not fir another. We all have our own best methods and strategies as far as training goes

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

Id say do it. It's obviously been a very effective method for a lot of people.

Looking at the sheet shot I'd say give it a shot, BUT go heavy as hell because IMO it seems suited for lifting heavy poundage. If it worked for you back in the day... you know the rest.

it may or may not work... there are no cookie cutter plans for everyone... one plan that works for one may or may not work for others... this is a trial and error scenario... it won't hurt to try, especially if it worked in the past but keep in mind that its always best to have things personalized to YOUR body... YOUR body response is key here... if your using workouts that you see in magazines etc. its always best to take bits and pieces and incorporate etc... its quite difficult to just take the entire workout and make it work... there's always things that your body just doesn't go with etc.. i hate when i see certain diets or programs because they are not conducive to so many and people think you have to follow these identical etc... you do what works for you... it wont hurt to try...
