Do You Skip Leg Day?

I skip leg day sometimes if i cant go full strength but thats only for one day and that means its one day shorter in the rotation. Ive come to embrace leg day and enjoy it just like chest or shoulders. I want to add more weight and make gains every session and when you see the results its all very worthwhile.
 
I rarely skip leg day. I also follow a rule that I cant grow my arms unless my calves are growing. So, when I see a disparity, I let up on the arms and hit the calves. I love the guns and I dont really enjoy working the legs but I try to step outside of myself and look at my body (or the situation in general) objectively. I try to use the same reasoning with things like SARMS, AAS, TRT, etc. Its calculated and methodical. Therefore I generally do what I need and not what I want................previous experience has taught me that having limited boundaries and not showing discipline gets one in trouble. Some guys dont work this way and I can respect that..................to each his own.

Usually the bodypart I hate to train eventually becomes my favorite bodypart. Ive gone through phases. Just killed a huge leg workout after some time off to allow my knee to recover from an injury but I felt awesome after my last leg day and cant wait to hit again. Gonna be back to twice week shortly

It's pretty insane man. I'll admit. If you were in my gym and told me you were natty, I'd be laughing so hard in my head, thinking "ok, and I'm the Easter bunny!" LOL
 
Lol! It kinda sucks in a way because I feel alot of folks think I am that typical dude that uses but lies about it. Ohh well... they see me busting my ass day in and day out to get where I'm at. That's what matters to me.

Exactly man, and that's why I don't call anyone out on anything. People can surprise you. There's a ton of guys out there that don't even look like they lift that use, and then there's a lot it there that just have their shit together and know what they are doing like you, without using ANYTHING. sure, there may be some good genetic traits in there too, but the main thing is that you know how to bust your ass and make things happen. You gotta respect that, no matter who you are.
