Last meal of the day: Low salt vegetable soup with meatballs. Some egg whites added later in the bowl for richness.
Soup: Carrots, potato, cabbage, green garden peas. 1 whole onion added through boiling for spice+ some black pepper, a tiny bit of vegetable stock cube, dills.
Meatballs: minced beef, chopped onion, black pepper.
And a night shake as a day's finisher.
Todays meal 2:
200g of non-fat plain Greek yogurt, bunch of berries: strawberries, blueberries and diced pineaplle. After snack: few fresh carrots and a chunk of cabbage.
