yes, i start with all the vegetables in first and cook them a good 10 minutes... ive added the parsley and onion powder... then i add the ground chicken with just a bit more parsley and onion powder... after i cook it, i mix everything else in and its ready to go!

when i eat expensive meals like filet for example, then of course we use our china but the last thing i feel like doing while im working is dishes and im one that so particular that NOTHING is EVER and i mean EVER allowed in the sink at any time... if you use it, clean it then and get it out... so no need for extra work for me during the day!

Looks like you are anal about the dishes in the sink as I am!!! I can't stand dishes in a sink and I wash them and put them away constantly. At this point it's sort of therapy for me!!! Lol

This is my go to meal basically every day and yes, its my biggest of the day too which is probably half a meal to most but i love it...

This is 8 oz. of LEAN ground chicken from whole foods, 3 servings of zuchini, 1 serving of mushrooms and 1 serving of mixed vegetables... Spices used are parsley and onion powder... also added is one serving low fat veganese and one serving of organic ketchup and mustard

I eat this every day... I truly do look forward to it on a daily basis...

White rice pork chops with black pepper, and white rice with chopped chicken breast and black pepper. So fascinating lol. Please neglect the cinnamom bun flavored oreos lol.

Me or my missus we make something similar (pork or beef chops or chopped chicken) just adding a bit of moisture - sauce type of way. Some water, low fat cream, selected tomato souce, some chopped onions etc..

Yes it's simple stuff but it gets kind of hard to eat after a while nonetheless good source of carbohydrates and protein

Oh brother... I was fine till JackSteel posted! My weakness tends to be breads of any kind, the more the better. What's in going on with these Jack? A healthier version of a biscuit sandwich maybe?

that looks great brother... sometimes instead of the groudn chicken i use, i add center cut pork tenderloin in there and its amazing...

They sell ground chicken D? I've never seen it, but I also never looked for it. I'm all about texture when eating food. And after a while, eating chunks of chicken breast gets old. Being ground chicken, the texture must be nice.

Btw fellas, whatre your goals with your diets and what are you running at the moment if you're cycling? currently on week 7 of test e @ 750mg and week 3 of both Deca @ 375mg, and tren e @ 250mg. goal is size, thickness, and strength.
