Meatballs: minced beef, onion, seasalt, black pepper. I threw 3 egg whites inside to enrichen it up fom my self..

I'm having a very busy week, I'm so out of time, my meal times are jerking, still fighting to the teeth to get workouts done and atleast 5 meals in. With full pockets loaded with healthy snacks as I run trhough the day. Nuts, pumpkin seeds, I brake few rice cakes in to small chunks, makes a good snack by the way!
Tomorrow is early morning again, after 1,5 hours before bed my second meal: 200g cottage cheese, 200g non-fat plain greek yogurt, hand-full of blueberries, 1 carrot, 1 diced grapefruit. 1/2 Whey, +night sups...

I can seriously cook like that, but God I'd love to come home, and have it ready to go...it could be pretty lucrative D...the four of us living together....or I'll just move to Vegas, argh though, D, correct me if I'm wrong; certain outskirts of Vegas can be pretty dicey?

it would definitely be lucrative, thats for sure... there's some areas that are dicey here but here the main problem is the horrible driving here.. thats where the most cause for concern is... if you knew the amount of accidents and people hurt from that daily, it would blow your mind... thats what happens when you have people fucking gawking on the interstate at the strip as they drive etc... but its all over the city... there's good and bad parts for sure but its not what most would think... i dont gamble, drink or party so its not something that offers too much but for bodybuilding, health and fitness its a gold mine...

This is my go to meal basically every day and yes, its my biggest of the day too which is probably half a meal to most but i love it...

This is 8 oz. of LEAN ground chicken from whole foods, 3 servings of zuchini, 1 serving of mushrooms and 1 serving of mixed vegetables... Spices used are parsley and onion powder... also added is one serving low fat veganese and one serving of organic ketchup and mustard

I eat this every day... I truly do look forward to it on a daily basis...

This looks pretty dam good bro, especially how u threw the corn in there which gives it a hint of sweetness. I am going to have to attempt this meal myself, maybe put my own little spin on it

It's always cool to see pictures, whether it's food or workout/cycle progress. Boosts appetite and inspires with some ideas..
My food and it's preperation ways/range is wide enough to avoid boredom. I enjoy writing down interesting recepies, I eat a lot of other things, this was 2day's menu:
Meal 1: Oat porridge, 2 rice cakes with peanut butter(sugar free), 2 eggwhites, 1/2 scoop of Whey. Some mornings may include a banana.
reason for rice cakes in breakfast - I feel an need for some crisp texture to my porridge, so that was as clean as I could find.
Morning sup.: fish oil, manesium+zinc+calc, bcaa, vitamins as needed, if missing out through the meals. I'm trying to avoid sup. vitamins and get as much as possible from diet.

Post workout: 1 scoop of Whey, 1 banana.
Meal 2: 1 chicken breast, rice (sadly never liked brown rice), 3 egg whites, some beans and cucumber. 1 diced orange for desert.
(on far corner u can see some more chicken getting ready for light frying. I use olive oil only)

Meal 3 Minced beef souce with buckwheat grouts, 3 eggwhites, some beans. 1 diced grapefruit for desert. a litle bowl with few slices of cabbage, handfull of spinach and few carots. I like them raw! just like a bunny, as my missus say's. For me they are a snack. After a meal I love either handfull of nuts or few greens.
Meal 4: 1 large chicken breast, vegetable stew(my favorite 3to4 days of the week), I skipped on egg whites - daily I'm having 8 egg whites from boiled eggs, and 4-5 with scrubled eggs with my last meal. 1-2 spoons of non-fat plain Greek yogurt for desert. It helps me to forget the taste of the chicken I'm having non-stop, so next time I'm enjoying it again!
In that jug I have 1/2 squeezed lemon, 1/8! of the cup is self made cranberry juice and rest is mineral water.

Meal 5: 200g cottage cheese, 200g non-fat plain Greek yogurt , hand-full of blueberries, crumpets with peanut butter, 1 diced orange.
Usually I don't have more than 1 orange a day. I had one left getting old..
Post meal a bit of greens as my favorite snack.

Every now and again with this meal I may include 1 chopped garlic slice - for imune system. I don't enjoy it much, I have it on the tip of the spoon, quickly in the mouth and wash it down. lol

Dam, your meals lookin pretty effective there bro. Good stuff

Maybe should come up with some pre made meals in the future, have a large variety and outside the box items compared to the standard chicken, rice, brocoli etc that you see most pre made meals have... i would purchase

LOLLLL... honestly brother, i just ate it again now... its something i really look forward to every day... its my go to meal... it really is damn good... you CAN make my crazy healthy meals really good, trust me... =)

I PURPOSELY use small spoons and forks so i dont shovel too much at once LOLLL

It's go some juice in the plate. What gives it that? The veggies or you put something in there. I want that recipe.

yeah brother, i wrote everything thats in it in the description.. its not juice... here's what your seeing...

parsley, onion powder, 1 serving of LIGHT veganese (vegan mayonaise, only 50 calories) 1/2 serving each of organic ketchup and mustard... then you mix together and you get what you see... the veganese is amazing... its better than mayonaise for sure...

Bro, where did you get this ? lol, looks good
We eat a lot of this in hawaii. I think some people are trying to bring it to the mainland and make it a thing but fresh fish isn't cheap to make this unless it's really popular

ok, thanks man so you cook it in a skillet pan?

This some nice, clean food right here too.

Hey jack if u like fish try swai from Walmart. They sell them in frozen section next to talapia and cod. I usually grill in a foil with some spices and it's delicious. Not fishy at all very flaky and very lite. U should try it if u haven't already. It's really good and also fairly cheap

when i eat expensive meals like filet for example, then of course we use our china but the last thing i feel like doing while im working is dishes and im one that so particular that NOTHING is EVER and i mean EVER allowed in the sink at any time... if you use it, clean it then and get it out... so no need for extra work for me during the day!
