I have one question for you guys since you have more experience. Imagine that I would run that cycle of 300mg of test prop and 150g winstrol a week. In a 200-500 caloric deficit, could I gain muscle? Of course I would lose fat but could I build muscle in that deficit? Protein intake is around 1.3g per pound of bodyweight


highly unlikely with those ratios man... what are you trying to accomplish?
 
how many cycle have you ran in the past???

I've run two in the past. Maybe I wasn't fully clear so I will try to give a background of my goals on this cycle.
I would like to lose fat and gaining muscle at the same time, and that is possible with the proper nutrition. My main question is what deficit would be ideal to reach that, because that's the really big question and main factor to accomplish what I want. I would run Test for 9/10 weeks (300mg a week) and 175mg of Winstrol a week (6 weeks)
 
My biggest concern as I have stated is the nutrition factor. For example: If I decide to do that cycle and my calories are 200 or so above maintenance, I will gain lean muscle mass and it will decrease my body fat percentage overall because the ratio of muscle and fat is different. But If I decide to be in a caloric deficit I will burn fat and my body fat percentage will decrease as well, I am not sure which one is the best method

that depends on what your goal is... neither is better than the other.. its about what you want to accomplish... steroids are not fat burners and not used for weight loss, just so your aware and ive stressed this time and time again...

I know you stressed that numerous time in your videos and I know that. My main goal is to lose fat, gaining muscle is secondary but If I can do both it would be good. Just not sure what will provide me the best results since gaining muscle will also decrease your bf%

1-12 test prop 100 mg eod
1-12 aromsin 12.5 mg eod1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
11-14 hcg 1000 ius week
