Hello guys. I will be doing a cycle one month from now. I lift for 5 years, I am 185lbs and around 12%bf.
I was thinking of doing a 10 week cycle of Test Prop (300mg eod), Winstrol (50mg eod) for 6 weeks and maybe adding T3 or Proviron.
What do you guys think? I want to gain lean muscle but losing also some fat. Being in a caloric deficit of 200-300 calories is enough to gain muscle and lose fat?
Protein intake is around 220g
