Hello guys. I will be doing a cycle one month from now. I lift for 5 years, I am 185lbs and around 12%bf.
I was thinking of doing a 10 week cycle of Test Prop (300mg eod), Winstrol (50mg eod) for 6 weeks and maybe adding T3 or Proviron.

What do you guys think? I want to gain lean muscle but losing also some fat. Being in a caloric deficit of 200-300 calories is enough to gain muscle and lose fat?
Protein intake is around 220g

You are too young to be running AAS. No one here is going to recommend or advise on an AAS cycle for you.
The damage you are doing to our body might not be reversible.
Did you do a full PCT? Have you had blood work done?

Your body is swimming in Testosterone. What you need is food and shit tons of weight to lift. You will grow like a weed.

hey bro, im glad you came here to ask questions.. i truly hope you listen... you CLEARLY have no clue what your doing... you ran your cycles COMPLETELY wrong in the past and your WAY too young... you've ran 2 cycles already at 22? what you dont understand is that while your bloodwork looks okay now, it most certainly will not be... your completely altering and ruining your natural growth process... by doing so, you are throwing your body and its ability to grow naturally completely out of whack... in your thirties and then for the rest of your life you will have nothing but problems... you have NO CLUE the mistake your making but your ruining your life... i hope that is worth it to you...

At your current age, I think you are too young for steroid use brother. Since your goal is cutting right now and losing fat, I'd suggest going with a sarms stack for that. Steroids aren't fat burners anyways, and this stack is much better suited for the goal you have and will suit you well

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

Again, bro you're too young, your knowledge is highly lacking and you just lowered your BF by 1% within two posts which tells me you don't know what it is. Your test dose is outrageous, your Winny dose is eod which is just wrong, and you're considering T3 which is dangerous and you don't have an AI in your cycle. I can only recommend a sarm cycle at the very most and even that is pushing it for your age In my opinion.

Try Rick's sarm cycle if you want PEDs. Sarmsx is the safest and most effective choice I can recommend.

That's good. You found a great place here with people who actually care.
Rick set you up with a great Sarms stack. I can tell you I am running this exact stack and am getting solid results. Bf% is dropping and I still feel like I'm putting on some muscle.

for fucks sake, i missed that part as well... this is way past absurd... i am so so so sick of all this reckless use.. THIS is a prime example of why steroids have acquired a bad name... THIS type of use... this just pisses me off

I have one question for you guys since you have more experience. Imagine that I would run that cycle of 300mg of test prop and 150g winstrol a week. In a 200-500 caloric deficit, could I gain muscle? Of course I would lose fat but could I build muscle in that deficit? Protein intake is around 1.3g per pound of bodyweight

Dylan it was my mistake of course. I meant to say: 300mg and 150mg per week
 
With protein that low as well as a calorie deficit...no u won't build muscle..U probably won't even maintain what you have
