I need your expert advice big time man. I'm starting a cycle of Tren Ace and Test Prop. I was thinking about running 250mg tren Ace a week with 200mg of Test Prop a week for an 8 week cycle. Is this good or do you have a suggestion about a better dosage?
Also, in regards to HCG and clomid or Nolvadex. When should I run HCG and should I take clomid or Nolvadex as part of my pct. How much and when?

actually its a very strong dosing protocol... your not doing too much at all, your being responsible and your still going to see excellent gains.. before moving forward, its hard for me to truly help you without knowing your stats... age/height/weight/body fat? cycle history? training history?

let me know and i will give you an entire layout with pct on what to do to get the very most out of this in the safest possible way...
 
I'm 25 yrs old, 6ft tall and weight 215lbs. at 15% bodyfat. This will be the first time I have tried tren. I have done striclty Test E in the past at a very low rate. I have been working out intensely for the past 6 years and have hit a wall when it comes to getting the gains. I eat very clean and am dedicated to both my diet and workout. I have terribel genetics and just need something to put me over the top but do it responsibly.

Some people love it, some hate it...but I think all will agree tren is no easy task even at a low dose....at his size, depending on what cycle length he wants to go...I'm still a big believer in deca or if he wants to go shorter...Npp....

what kind of stuff though do you in the gym-where you're hitting a wall...do you have partner?

Also, I've never been after a bodybuilder type mindset, I've always lifted very heavy but I've always tried to hit muscle groups in many different ways, and I'm trying to think if I ever felt like I hit a wall...

My Wife and I are talking and I noticed you wrote of genetics...I guess everyone is different....

A quick tren question though...how do you sleep normally? Good, average, bad? I have notoriously had hit or miss sleep but on tren, oh man, I'm talkin' I'd stand in the doorway when it was 20 out to cool down...even had my wife run cold iv fluids into me to cool off...

However, I did notice when I cut my carbs more, my sleep improved, and I was one where I dialed it in by keeping my test low and let tren do all the work...but I did a much much higher dose...and I'd hit it so hard my body was exhausted....

I definitely overtrain to a fault...but only when I'm on juice...and it's like a 5 heavy..and 2 light routine, more stretching, tennis, or easy movements in the gym...

I normally sleep great. On the part about hitting a wall its the physical look and plateau in strength. I'm constantly mixing up how I hit each muscle group but its not working.
 
Ok, like when you do barbell bicep curls...what your typical method with them?

Depends on the day. Sometimes I go with the reps of 15/12/8+8superset with 2/0/2 count. Or I will do eccentric work on them doing 3 sets of 10 with 4 eccentric count. When I'm buding for max power I will do 5 x5 with 3-5 minute rest between sets.
 
Well you're certainly Mixin' it up....but check this, when you lift, would you say it's on the slower end or are the movements powerful..I'm talking good form, good tempo, and power...like not your one rep max but more like 80 or so percent of your one rep max or higher...now you don't have to go and calculate it out, you know how much you can lift...I have always been a big believer in power...you've got to really pump through them in order to recruit every fiber you have...and when you're done, hell, get the bar up to your chin, and have a partner help you pump out 10 or so powerful half reps...does anything like that go on?

With Eccentric lifts the moves are slow and concentrated. When I go max power or when I do super sets they are powerful controlled movements. I always have a gym partner to help get negative reps for max growth
 
If you wanna break some plateaus fuck the slow concentrated, I'm not saying I don't do them but I definitely do power more....do you hit your legs and back hard too? Squats, deadlifts, bent over rows? Building that hard thick muscle is important, having that good base...I know some will say opposite with the tren, but if I were you, I'd go with deca...when combined with test, at like a 2:1 test:deca ratio...I think you'd see some unreal growth...on it, my joints feel amazing, strength is through the roof, you just have to watch out for the prolactin sides which suck majorly...

And none of this 3-5 min rest..I'm talking your partner goes, you go...hit it really hard, harder than you ever have...think of how the muscle can flex building thickness and width...like chest...presses for thickness, flyes for expanding the chest width wise...dumbbell pullovers are great too..I love all free weights at first, then towards the end you can throw in some hammer strength, then machines...try some days of opposing muscle groups; back and chest together recruiting a ton of blood to the area...

im in complete agreement... tren is amazing on what it can do and it doesnt take a lot but it needs to be fully understood and you need to try other things first.. you need to work your way to tren... i waited many cycles before i tried it... its a different ball game... it has a completely different type of side effect, different emotional effect etc... its not a joke and not for the inexperienced... i think things like eq and deca, npp, primo, mast, are all things that should be done and experienced first and then get to tren... deca is an excellent second cycle option...

okay, here's how i would run this to be conducive to your goals

1-10 test prop 50 mg eod
1-10 tren ace 75 mg eod
1-10 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-10 caber .5 mg e3d
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
7-10 hcg 1000 ius week

pct 11-14


clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day
 
Definitely agree, it's just so different, heck they all are, but it's nothing to take lightly, like oh I can handle it...and everyone reacts differently to things...and I've known so many only to stop it within a few weeks feeling miserable....it's a big mental and, you're right, emotional state you need to be ready for...

the first time i ran it i had to stop.. i was an emotional wreck in just a few weeks... that's my fault because i went stupid with my dosing but its easy to do when you see it working the way it does, even when you know far better... im man enough to admit i let that get the best of me once but this time around im running it right... i want to make it through and do it right..
 
Oh lord my first experience with tren was a nightmare lol! Back in 06-07 there was a source named Swisher. He made a blend of tren base, acetate, and enanthate and it was dosed at like 300-350. And this stuff was dark looked like black coffee lol. Yes tren base was around then. So my dumbass gets 50ccs and proceeds to shoot 2ccs a week. Well needless to say after 3 weeks of misery cuz I had no clue I stopped. I felt awful, I was a wreck. Didn't touch tren again for prolly 4-5yrs.
