Some people love it, some hate it...but I think all will agree tren is no easy task even at a low dose....at his size, depending on what cycle length he wants to go...I'm still a big believer in deca or if he wants to go shorter...Npp....
what kind of stuff though do you in the gym-where you're hitting a wall...do you have partner?
Also, I've never been after a bodybuilder type mindset, I've always lifted very heavy but I've always tried to hit muscle groups in many different ways, and I'm trying to think if I ever felt like I hit a wall...

A quick tren question though...how do you sleep normally? Good, average, bad? I have notoriously had hit or miss sleep but on tren, oh man, I'm talkin' I'd stand in the doorway when it was 20 out to cool down...even had my wife run cold iv fluids into me to cool off...
However, I did notice when I cut my carbs more, my sleep improved, and I was one where I dialed it in by keeping my test low and let tren do all the work...but I did a much much higher dose...and I'd hit it so hard my body was exhausted....
I definitely overtrain to a fault...but only when I'm on juice...and it's like a 5 heavy..and 2 light routine, more stretching, tennis, or easy movements in the gym...
