Dear Mr. Dylan Gemelli,

First I want to congratulate you for both your perfect body and for the useful, high quality videos that you produce. I hope you keep doing this as I consider it is greats (I was about to take steroids without knowing what I am getting into, before seeing your videos - as my friends in the gym have advised me -obviously [or maybe not so obvious?] they are now twice as big as me and half my body fat level).
I am not american, I am currently living in the UK but originally I am romanian. Many people would know my country as Dracula's country but that is another story.

Trying to keep it to the point, I am now 24 years old (will be 25 in February) , 180 pounds and I have been training for 6 years in the gym. I am currently trying to get rid of my body fat but it is so stubborn that I could say I make no progress at all. I started to do this since the beginning of the summer and I have lost 9 pounds of fat over the whole summer(not sure if it was only fat, but I feel much stronger generally speaking so it should be) . However, I haven't lost anything in the last 3 weeks (based on weighting myself) which makes me think that I can not go any further (without any support at least).My diet is fairly good, as in, I obviously do not eat sweets or anything related to that, I do not eat things containing much fat, I eat low on carbs as I mainly get them from peas or other vegetables. I eat many vegetables as in, broccoli , coli flower , peas, spinach, carrot, sweetcorn, salad, kale and others. I am also eating fruits,nuts and obviously meat (not pork -because it's fat, but almost any other types). I try to keep my diet quiet strict but I vary what I eat quite a lot with the obvious rules of not eating sugars (from anything else than fruits), low carbs,low fats. I go to the gym 5 -6 times a week with 2-3 times of intense cardio 15 min after training.
Coming back to my goal, it is to get the body fat as low as possible, hopefully well below 15% (and maybe 10-11% at some point). I am not sure what is my body fat level now but I would say around 20% which I know is big.I have attached a picture such that you can judge yourself how fat I am.Imagine în linie

I would appreciate if you could give me some advice on how to get rid of the body fat (preferably without losing muscles). Currently I am not having anything, as in, not even protein (not anything apart from diet). Also if you could tell me if in this condition, is it ok to have my first cycle with testosterone. I am not hurrying to have one but I am considering to have it at some point and I want to know how much do I need to evolve until I am able to have one. How many pounds do you think I need to drop?
Please take your time answering. I am fine as long as I get an answer it does not have to be quick I preferred to email as opposed to forum because I wanted to show you this picture such that you can better judge my current condition.

hey bro, im happy to help... i want you to go back and read what you wrote though.. you will come across a comment in which you say you have not lost anything in 3 weeks simply by weighing yourself, and that makes you think you cannot go any further on your own... brother, that is literally so ridiculous... THREE WEEKS? come on bro... 3 weeks?? You need to understand something... When you are overweight, initially the weight comes off quickly but then it stabilizes... just being more active and getting yourself going drops weight when you are overweight but when you get closer to where you should be, of course it gets more difficult... instead of just giving up in THREE WEEKS, you need to figure out how to push yourself and stimulate your body with other training methods and different types dieting.. you cannot go near steroids at your body fat bro... you need to be below 15% to be using steroids... they are not fat burners and not used as some sort of weight loss miracle... you can go with sarms as they are perfect for helping you get into the proper condition and still maintaining muscle... you also need to stop basing results on the scale only... when you drop body fat and gain muscle, the scale is not going to move but you will be progressing and not even realize it... if your not familiar with sarms, start with articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

Salut baieti!! OP i'm going to respond in English because someone else might be curious even that i'm romanian too :). You should take a look into sarms, i was having the same problem last year man, It took me 7 months to get from 10% to 9%. In my opinion is not worth it because you will feel like shit. I was lucky to find out about sarms and i took s4 which got me to 7% range and it also helped a lot with lack of strenght and tiredness. If you are not taking any enhancer and go that low in body fat, you will hate every day of your life. Just keep up the good work and as dylan said, 3 weeks are nothing, you have to think years when doing this and is going to be harder as you go lower with the body fat.

yes bro keep in mind that the initial weight that you lose very quickly is not fat. it is mostly water. glycogen stores are 2 parts water one part glucose. so when you deplete your body like that you lose alot of that water weight, then fat loss is slower. on average 2 lbs of fat loss per week but many variables go into that including diet, training, etc. 2lbs a week is a good rule of thumb and a good amount to shoot for. you dont want to be losing large amounts of weight very quickly , it is unhealthy for your body, the same as it would be if you gained alot of weight quickly.
