I have done two before but didn't place top 5.
Can you please tell me a good cycle to be on the stage at 175lb shredded?
I'm 175lb now with 14% body fat.
30yrs old, 5"8, 175lb body fat as of today 11%. I've done tow cycles first one test, EQ, primo and winstrol.
Second test, deca, mastron and proviron.
I don't have problem of losing fat but I lose a lot of size with it too. My timing is off, I get too small.
When I said 14% that's what I'm usually at when I'm not dieting, I just go out of a show a month ago so I'm still in shape kinda. I don't want to take a long break before starting my next prep to not gain that fat % again.

What does "have it covered" mean? Can you give us some detail? You lose your gains after dieting so there's a problem somewhereCan someone one help me with 12 weeks cycle? Diet plan got it covered.
