I'm gonna try to keep it short.
I have a competition first week of April 2017,
I have done two before but didn't place top 5.
Can you please tell me a good cycle to be on the stage at 175lb shredded?
I'm 175lb now with 14% body fat.
 
And how old are you young guy that wants to be shredded the first week of April 2017 because I'm leaping outta my skin with enthusiasm right about now.

you need to get your diet fixed, clearly.. nothing is going to get you shredded without that and if you cant get to 10% or below without using steroids or ped's, then good luck because your not going to ever actually compete for anything... also, i have no clue on anything about you so how on earth can i help you??? age/height/weight/body fat???? cycle history????
 
Stats? Dude you don't need gear to get in better condition. 14% bf, trying to compete makes no sense and tells me your nutrition is off.
 
30yrs old, 5"8, 175lb body fat as of today 11%. I've done tow cycles first one test, EQ, primo and winstrol.
Second test, deca, mastron and proviron.
I don't have problem of losing fat but I lose a lot of size with it too. My timing is off, I get too small.
 
Not trying to be a dick but which is it - 14% or 11% BF? Because you first posted stating 14%

Bro, that tells me there are big holes in your diet. I can help you,with a cycle plan, but I really need to know what your diet looks like because something must be off here. You shouldn't be losing size when dieting unless your diet or training is off

When I said 14% that's what I'm usually at when I'm not dieting, I just go out of a show a month ago so I'm still in shape kinda. I don't want to take a long break before starting my next prep to not gain that fat % again.

Then you're going to be the same on stage next time. You win a show in the OFFSEASON, which is now. That means you need to add a little fat, add some water weight, and smile about it.

That means your diet changes, your training changes, and you get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

at first you said 14 now you say 11. bro that is a huge difference right there. you need to be sure of this bodyfat.
 
Can someone one help me with 12 weeks cycle? Diet plan got it covered.
What does "have it covered" mean? Can you give us some detail? You lose your gains after dieting so there's a problem somewhere

I'd be interested to know the exact protocol of your 1st two cycles. You have the compounds listed but no dose, lengths, OCT, PCT.

And I'm really not understanding the reasoning behind your 2nd cycle, the combo of compounds?
