Cutting cycle short /pct/bridge.doing sh:t the right way. Crazy results with just 7

What I like about this board is the solid advice that's given out. Leading people down the right path....getting their starting point right before they even think about supplements. If my young son wanted to ever think about doing gear...this is the same advice I'd give him.
Doing for 35years naturally and grinding it out for decades...my body is fresh and ready for the next level. Kids lift 6 months and want the shortcut lol.

This decade from 50-60 my body will xplod with safe...low dose...strategic and patient AAS use. My skin..organs..etc very fresh and new. 100% focus will be on training intensity..diet and recovery....oh yeah..having a lil gear to help magnify the gains from THAT....not vice versa.
 
Hi bro...welcome to the forums

one thing that might effect your cycle timing is your recovery
hopefully you had bloodwork done before you started so you can accurately gauge your recovery after pct
Since this was your first cycle and at your age...recovery might take a bit longer than "normal" and you might need to pct a bit longer also
Get bloodwork done at the end of your 4 week pct....if its all sweet you'll be good to go..if not you'll have to go to plan "B"

As someone that has been on TRT for 15 years I strongly advise you to recover FULLY before starting your next cycle
Natural test production is a wonderful thing...do everything you can to protect and preserve it..even if that means forgoing a cycle before the Nationals

OK. Show done. Won class and Overall. I looked good BUT for my first cycle cut short 7 weeks...last pin wednesday before saturday am show...I def was holding water ( for me. I could get shredded naturally)

heres my question. MY sarms1 pct is enroute. How long ( i know theres no simple answer) do people USUALLY compete AFTER they're off test before getting onstage. I mean, I if Stayed pre contest, could I keep getting leaner and NOT lose the size I gained??

Im pretty consistent with training and diet. Id love to compete again in say 2-3 weeks. should I expect to keep my gains? if so whats pretty good scenario as muscle retention goes after cycle (if training, diet and pct is followed) sorry if thats an impossible question to answer
 
Generally most people cut test about two weeks prior to show to cut water weight, plus usually people increase theur aromatose inhibitor to dry out more

Aware for losing gains, obviously it's impossible to say what you'll keep but you know what you're doing with training and diet so you have a good shot of retaining as much as possible

Ideally you wouldn't compete while trying to recover in pct though. While recovering it's ideal to have your diet in more of a surplus for more muscle sparing.

Did you say you got your pct from sarms1? I sincerely hope not. That's not a good source at all. Sarmsx is who you need to use
