I need your advice and help with what kind of cycle I need to take for my first Men's Physique show. This will be my first cycle. I am about 10 weeks out. I have taken and tried Clenbuterol before. I am interested of taking SARMS. Hope you can help.
 
Of course we can help. But we need detail. What are your current stats and where do you hope to be? 10 weeks out isn't much time so things need to move fast.

of course i can help bro.... you have not told me anything about yourself though.. are you just wanting to shred up for your show? we need to get you going asap... what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat?? let me know asap so i can get you the proper recommendation... you absolutely do not want clen anywhere in your vocabulary... i will help you but please let me know the answers to my questions...
 
Bro, 10 weeks out is not the time to be starting a cycle

I completely agree with this. Do your first contest naturally and see where you stand. It's good to get your feet wet and understand how your body responds to different dieting protocols. Next time you decide to compete, I would have my first run prior to prep, in the off season.

What kind of condition are you in currently? Since you are in prep, I'm assuming you need help with getting shredded, lean and hard for competition. For prep, this is the sarms cycle I'd recommend to you
