Thanks! Abs are actually one thing that I LOVE doing unlike most people. I have several different exercises that I swap out for a pretty intense ab circuit. Consists of 4 different exercises with 3 sets. Reps vary from exercise to exercise, but most are a minimum of 25 (since with abs you're focusing on lean muscle mass not building muscle size.)KingWizard said:Excellent, I like that pic with some slight oblique striations coming through, impressive.
