Thanks! Abs are actually one thing that I LOVE doing unlike most people. I have several different exercises that I swap out for a pretty intense ab circuit. Consists of 4 different exercises with 3 sets. Reps vary from exercise to exercise, but most are a minimum of 25 (since with abs you're focusing on lean muscle mass not building muscle size.)

All women do that. Especially if u had kids that threw it out of whack. My gf in her twenties was all thin w a 8 pack. She is trying to get back to that only now she is buff and strong as shit. Lol. Now soon we are foing to cut and she will be shredded
