I'm having these puffy nipples since a long time which just gets perfectly normal when I take a shower. But that's just a temporary remedy which won't last long.
I don't think it's gyno as there is no lump on or behind the nipples.
Also I'm having bubble gut most of the time even though my body fat is less than 12%
1st 2 layers of abs visible but only when I exhale.
Please help. I need to get rid of this as soon as possible as I have competitions comming up in 2-3 months
 
Man I have gynecomastia and your symptoms sound exactly like mine.

I don’t think there always needs to be a huge noticeable lump for it to be gyno. The question is weather or not your gyno is from puberty or steroid usage?
 
have you ever used steroids? do you have bloowork? have you seen a doctor about it?

Yeah, I've been on cycles before. But I have this problem even before that. Running the cycle didn't increase it.
Its just the same like before as I used aromasin & cabergoline on the cycles.

I literally have the exact same thing going on as you and have dealt with it even as a young kids. Getting your body fat down and keeping estrogen low worked wonders for me along with building my upper chest. Get you it body fat down a bit more and work your upper chest only. I never do flat or decline. Once I changed to only upper chest and got the bf down it changed it all, tons of pec flys as well. Sounds like you have it from puberty
 
If your gyno is pubertal surgery is gonna be your only out. No amount of estrogen fluctuation good or bad will get rid of pubertal gyno. I’m waiting a couple years to get the surgery myself

This is what my recommendation was going to be. If you have puberty gyno, there's not much you can do without surgery. I'd recommend just work on getting leaner more than anything. That will help,tremendously on reducing that

Yup totally agree. Did extensive research on it while I had it bad. Since doing those things it’s pretty much like it’s non existent, many guys struggle from it
 
ive covered this many times brother... you can always try an anti gyno protocol but i caution that its very unlikely it will work... there's always a chance but the probability is probably under 10% that it would work leaving surgery as your only alternative..

But when its temporarily ok during a bath, isn't there a permanent remedy which can mimic the same ?
I don't have too much chest fat. Its almost pretty ok when I stand straight.
But, it becomes embarassing when I sit !
 
Also need to know about the micro nutrient supplements.

Since we don't know what you may or may not be deficient in, or what your diet looks like we can't comment on micronutrients really bud. But from just glancing at it and generalizing I don't see an issue with it

Pinch ur nipples every two minutes or put icy hot on them....orrrr lose the fat. You wouldn’t even notice it if you were under 10%. It’s provably fat dude
