Still feeling strong!! Shoulder workout
1) barbell overhead press- (barx20reps,95x20reps)135x12reps,165x10reps,185lbsx8reps
2) db side laterals(25x20reps)50x12reps,60x12rep,70lbsx8reps
3)rev peck deck-90x20,120x15,120x15,120x15
4) barbell shrugs-225x20reps,315x15reps,405x12reps,
5) machine unilateral overhead press- 100lbs for 3 sets of 15reps
Ab bench- 90lbs for 3 sets of 30reps.
 
Day 31 meals total approx 75 grams of carbs
Meal 1- 6egg whites
3 oz of turkey
1/4 cup of oatmeal
1/4 cup blueberries
Meal 2- 2 scooos of whey
16 oz water
Meal 3- 6oz of turkey breast
1/2 cup rice
6 spears of asparagus
Meal 4- 2 scoops of whey
16oz of water
Meal 5-oz turkey breast
1/4 cup of rice
5 spears of asparagus
Meal 6- 6oz turkey burger
1/2 cup broccoli
Meal 7- 6 egg whites
Mushrooms,peppers,scallions
3oz of turkey

A lot of folks can't do that, so congrats, but let me offer an alternate perspective. I'm big on form and feel. I need to know that I've targeted what was intended to be worked. For laterals I use 50's, 40's, 35's and even 30's all controlled, all slower than usual keeping a ROM that allows constant tension on the delts and drop setting with rests of no more than 15-20 seconds long if that.
The momentum used in the video, although it incorporates other muscles (back, shoulder, abs, hip flexors and to some extend quads) is a tool, however I think to properly work and build solid quality and balanced deltoids using strict form and a challenging, but controllable weight is better. Here's an example of what I do and keep in mind I hit delts 5x a week.

Seated Shoulder Press: 5x max reps x 225 (warm up 20, 18, 16, 14, 12)
Side Laterals: 4x12x50
4x10x40
4x10x35
4x10x30
Rear Lateral Raises: 5x10x30
Front Lateral Raises: 4x10x50

Could I go heavier, probably I'm sure, but as I stated I'm a feel guy and yes I do see what you did in the video as a tool to shock some things here and there I believe in volume and keep reps no lower than 8 and those might be at the end of a workout.

I appreciate your feedback and completely agree with you! Every 3 or so weeks I usually change my rep range and focus at the gym. I incorporate different training protocols that have worked for me! This paticular week was a heavy week and focusing on using a weight that I could get 6-8 reps with relatively good form. I agree with you about feel brother! I appreciate you even reading my log and your feedback. Doing shoulder 5xs a week sounds like a chore in itself.
 
Day 32- wake up 8am 2 scoops of aminos. Weight this morning is 217.0 so down just about 1lb so I like where my carbs are and planning on staying at 75grams for low days and 145 grams on highs. My decision about my test levels, with the help of Angelo, is to wait a few more weeks to see if my natural production increases some. I will be doing blood work in a few weeks to recheck my levels. my workout today is just cardio and will be doing HIIT on the bike.

Nice job , on the low carbs the lowest I went was 90 grams last month.. But been real low with my fats, super super clean. I saw in another tread that you torn with jump starting also.. I want to use dbol & drol, real bad for the gains. But tbol seems the way to go with lean & keepable gains, without the bloat & moon face. Still looking into maybe a combo or even lower dosage combo. I'm not so sure yet either but have time.. My goal is to get into single digits & I don't want to ruin that with water bloat after all this work!!!!

I am debating about drol. I dont want all the sides that I read about. If I do run it I will definetly be at 25mg to start and take it at night. IMO the bloat can be controlled with diet and the right combo of support but as you know everyone is different. I kick started my last cycle with tbol at 60mg and had to drop to 40mg cause if the indigestion it caused me. On the carb topic for me I have had to drop them lower and lower as I get older to get the results I want!
 
Another option that I think would be the best for me is SARMS instead of an oral! I am definetly going to run RAD with my test and GW next cycle. May add S4 to keep and hard vascular look.
 
HIIT training is kicking my ass in a good way though!! Bike - 8 sprints, 30 sec sprint, 1 min rest, rpm during sprint 160+.
Also did 5 sprints on arc trainer. 30sec sprint, 1 mins rest, spm 180+. Cool down on treadmill walking for 10 mins.

Thank you! The size gains were good on tbol and good quality. If I ran tbol again I would stay at 40mg, cause of the gas issues, and would combine it with Lgd,rad,GW. I am waiting a few more weeks to get bloodwork done to check my natural test levels before I do anything. Trying to see how long my body needs to recover or if it is even heading towards recovering. When are you starting? Have you decided on what oral your going to kickstart with?

Drol and all its benefits is very tempting to say the least! I read Cmb's log and him having to stop it cause of headaches and nose bleeds and I don't want any part of that! I know everyone is different in how they respond but other then the usual cycle assist to you use anything else to combat bp issues? When I do start a cycle my diet is always on point and I monitor sodium and potassium to help control water rention especially with deca
 
Day 33 wake up 10am stayed up to watch UFC last night. Weight this morning was 216.6. Weight is still coming down at a perfect pace! I believe I have found the deficit I need to average approx 1-1.5lbs a week while cycling carbs! I think it's amazing how the body is always changing and how we respond to nutrients needs constant tweaking. I know there are several variables that play a part in this like age, muscle mass, hormone levels but from just a numbers perspective they are significantly different from my last recomp!!
Today is just cardio and abs! Going to warm up and pending how my knee feels make a decision if whether I am going to do HIIT again or steady state. Will post my workout as well as meals today. Today carbs are at 145 grams!

I have a script for bp meds so I have no issue. But nose bleeds don't bother me one bit.
