Carmel Cowboy Transformation Log

The conclusion I have come to with help from Angelo is that it is going to take time to recover and I am 6 weeks after a 8 week pct.

That does help!! Thank you! What's your opinion on S4? Here is the other thread https://www.isarms.com/forums/stero...ed-liver-enzymes-need-some-advice!-19338.html.
Every time I've seen recommendations a mini pct has to be ran with it. Yes it can be slightly supressive. So some may or may not be affected, but since you're trying to get your levels up I'd at least wait to run it until you've brought the levels up.....but honestly you are pretty low, I don't think it would lower you than what you already are if that makes any sense.

They are meant to be ran in between cycles so really between cycles you're recovering....

That's does make sense! Thank you! I will make a decision over the weekend!

Wow, I am surprised you feel as energetic as you do. You are a beast

Need some opinions guys and girls!! I had blood work done and my TT is 150 so still in the process of recovering. I was planning on doing the recomp sarms bridge during this time but thinking of switching to non surpressive sarms like GW. My question is on adding S4 to it. I have read here on isarms that when used correctly it's not surpressive and I have also read that it's mildly surpressive. What is everyone opinion on adding S4 to GW?? Thank you in advance to any opinions offered!!

I'm currently using MK2866, GW , S4 & SR with cals currently 2100-2500 .. Losing weight but not muscle ,as I'm not losing any strength... SARMS for the majority muscle sparing!! And your carbs are lower than mine (I'm at 90-130)

How many grams of protein? Are you carb cycling? Want to hold off on anything suppressive and s4 is mildly surpressive and mk2866 is surpressive after the 4 week mark. Just orderd some Gw.

Right now week 4 of steady lower carbs, no cycling. Protein at 275-325. Fats at 40-60.

Day 25- wake up 8:30am. Weight this morning was 217.8. Was going to do my second low day but going to do a high day today at 145 grams of carbs. I will change the cycling to 1 low day and 2 high days. Strength is still up and is one of the ways for me to gauage if the loss is predominatly fat and water! Will be getting body fat done soon the gentleman that does my body fat couldn't not do it at the time we scheduled so just waiting on him for that

Checked my calendar and today was scheduled to be a high day as yesterday was my second low carb day. Sorry for the confusion in previous post! I will be doing 2 high days followed by 1 low day this week.

Workout today is arms and will post complete workout. In my intro to this transformation contest I wrote that I was going to post in this log as if it was my personal journal. I have been thinking about something over the last week and decided I would share my thoughts on an intriguing topic. I know I have shared my blood test results in my log and in another post as well and posted pictures of my blood work in the other thread titled, "elevated liver enzymes." Not too keep bringing this topic up but wanted to do a little study on myself on the importance of what you think and its influence on performance. Here is my plan, my total test is at 150 which is really low even for a male at the age of 43. My blood draw for this paticular test was on Saturday morning feb 18th. I got the results of this test on Wednesday the 22nd. So this is when my mind received what could have been negative info. Before the test, and since I have found my way in combining my mind and body to get the most out of what I am doing, I have felt strong as fuck!!!! Once I received the info that my test levels were that low some questions came in my mind. 1) can I still shed body fat to get to my goal of 205-210@5%? 2) can I maintain my strength or get stronger through the rest of these 12 weeks? 3) will I be able to maintain or build muscle through this 12 weeks like I planned? Physiologically the answer to those three questions is no!! Then I thought to how I felt before I knew about test results and I felt like the answer to all three of those questions is FUCK YES!!!!! So here is what I decided this week was a deload week so next week my plan is to finish off my 3rd week of heavy 6-8 reps. I am going to repeat the workouts that was prior to deload and in the 6-8 rep range!!! I believe I can overcome the physiological limits with psychological!!!! I posted a pic at the 2 week mark and prior to any knowledge of my blood work and going to post a pic from today! I am also going to post my workout from week prior to deload and my workout from this upcoming week!! I know this isn't a properly laid out study and there are several other veriables to take into consideration but I thought it would be a good challenge for me!!
