When you count carbs do you count the carbs in things like avocados or natural peanut butter ? Or even vegetables ? I never have so idk if this would make a difference. When I count carbs I count starch. Veges i don't even count as calories .

I've always counted everything, they add up.

Things add up. A gram here and there. Before you know it you have a significant amount

I do, vegetables and all because all that stuff counts towards total calories as well. What are you going to do, count the calories, but not count the carbs? Do I weigh out my vegetables, hell no, but I eye ball it and count them towards my daily totals. I use an app which totals all this stuff up. Most people like myfitnesspal, but I am cheap and use sparkpeople because it's free. Started with that 3 years ago and see no reason to switch.

Right now I use my fitness pal . But I have never kept count of the carbs that came from veges or certain days and never noticed a problem. But when you count it up in like 20g over what my plan is . I'm gonna try counting them in and see if that little bit makes a difference .

I don't count carbs from veggies in a bulk but I do cutting. I count any other carb source all the time it's amazing how much sauces and dressing can add up too!

I use a app called my macros you can customize it better and it's cheaper then my fitness pal.

I count all macros for all food I'm tracking - using MyFitnessPal as well. I paid the $10 to upgrade as the features are well worth it. It's for life too.

I think that's per month

I apologize. I confused this with the premium of the Stronglifts app that I bought at the same time.

It's $49.99 for the Premium. It told me that it wasn't recurring, but it's very possible that it IS recurring. It's hard to tell from their website.

$50 is alot, but it opened up the features for daily goal settings, and tweaking macros and such, so it was worth it to me.

Sorry again!!

Count all your carbs bro. I don't care if it's fibrous carbs, etc....they all count as macros
