Buddha's Robo Cycle

Hello Mr Steel, thanx for stopping by, and for all the camaraderie over the years.

Anyway, that escalated fast.

Doing this straight push/pull/legs routine with a rep range of 15-8 for the first time in a year or more. 3 weeks in and

Flat Bench 245
Squat 275
Cable Rows 220

All good form with controlled negatives.

Looking full and leaning out.

I got this.....
 
So where to start...

Had to back off the Tren as I was building up to a low level buzz of anxiety on pin days. Amazing stuff, def major transformation already, but like I said, I got a lot going on. No worries, finished 1 vial and have one to kick start a different cycle in the future. Tren A levels dropped down quickly and I lost some water weight after about 5 days, so now I'm even more defined and just as big. Staying away from starchy carbs and limiting food portions most of the time.

Looking full and feeling great....
 
Sounds good Buddha. I'm in a limbo state right now where gear may not be a part of the plan for a loooong while. So I'll live through everyone's logs for now.

Similar situation as you bro...I'll be off AAS for about 12 months once this cycle ends, so I will have to live vicariously through my brothers on the forum for awhile lol.

Hey Bro's, Chanting for your health saiyan and jdj. I plan on cruising after this cycle while I consider the best way forward.

I'll have to be more detailed to share the journey, so I'm on it.

Yes Mr. Steel, it is a very different sensation training like this. The pump doing high rep supersets was intense, but this straight, high intensity approach has a burning pump all it's own and, as you point out, that old muscular soreness days following a work out.

As research indicates, I am still not feeling the full effects of the EQ, but no question getting great consistent benefits.

Staying at 700mg EQ and 400mg Test E.

Oh, and I'm trying to take 2 days off the gym a week for the first time in years. So maybe some of my fullness is from a better recovery.

Just getting started.
 
So the mission this week, and I chose to accept it (you kids don't know that reference) has been to hold on to my max weights while the Tren subsides.

Yea, I got that.

Keeping it straight ahead on the routine, but starting to think, "How long till I go back to the Doug Brignoli thing?" Also wondering, "When do I do my next bloods?"

With EQ, the science is, it's full on in week 12.

Should I wait? Libido says I'm in a good place, but it's transient.

No worries.......
 
I always seem to have a staple in my diet depending on what my physique goals are.

When I was bulking for years (and years, and years) it was 2 1/2 ponds of chicken, meat, or fish everyday. One of my earliest standards was canned tuna fish and pasta. Really, a little olive oil, salt and pepper...I never git tired of it.

This cutting cycle it has become Canned Tuna and pineapple chunks. It's not as bad as it sound and, if you keep your water intake up, pineapple is a natural diuretic.

Definitely seeing some cuts I have never seen before.

Makes it all worth while....

Did you stop tren? How you feel?
 
Yea, it was getting just a little much on the anxiety sides (and I mean a little) on pin days. I would absolutely be cut to shreds if I could have stayed the course, but I got ALOT going on right now and couldn't deal with the distraction. I didn't have any negative reaction coming off, mind you, I was pinning 90mg of the Tren A EOD, so just enough. Thinking of doing 50mg EOD with the other bottle I have for 6 weeks, which is a dose I did last time with good results.

Tren is the king, and Robo is a great source, use wisely.....

Did you stop tren? How you feel?

Will be designing a new, completely demented superset, giant set, "shit, this looks scary" routine in the near future.

Until then it's push/pull/legs with some power lifting thrown in for good measure.

Let's do this B......

So right about in the middle of this cycle, 8 weeks in, and the EQ is really starting to shine.

My pumps during Chest/front,center deltoid/tris today were some of the best I have had in years.

The Tren got my cut off to a great start and everything is looking more pronounced and angular at this point. I train high intensity as a rule, gear or not, but my stamina is also that little bit more now. One of my favorite on cycle activities is slowing my reps down and just letting the muscles control the full range of motion. I'm sure it brings about more development than increasing the weight and moving fast, and it just feels great!

Staying focused and feeling confident...I am the Buddha....
 
As is said, EQ brings long, consistent gains...but you have to be patient.

I've been loving this cycle, even as the Tren A got a little much.

Now it's just fucking wonderful.

I had an old school bodybuilder (70 something years old) tell me in the gym last weekend that my physique would have fit right in with the late 60's early 70's competitors.

Is there a better compliment?

EQ was the perfect AAS for right where I am now. Making steady progress in my cut, looking full, and feeling great.

Just ordered bloods. Don't know if I'll get the paperwork in hand today so may not get them drawn til Tuesday. I was glad to find a panel at Private MD Labs that shows Test results greater than 1500 along with estro and a bunch of other stuff for less than 90 bucks with coupon.

Still enjoying the push/pull/legs routine, and just mixing it up with dumbbells and other old school stuff. Getting great results and the best is yet to come.

Glad to hear your getting great results!! Will be running Robo EQ and liquid drol as well!! Keep killing it bro!!
