Blood from pinning right delt

Very happy. I am on my 5th week around 8 week getting bloods done.

Almost sounds like a noobie. Happens all the time, and there is no way to ever know when it is going to happen. If the blood is very dark red to blackish then you nicked a vein.If it is bright red then it is a caplillary. Hurting and bleeding are not related.Are you sure it hurt or were you just freaked? If you hit larger than capillary it hurts before you ever hit the plunger and hurts the whole time going in....and those bleed the most. I think people see their blood and the panic begins.
It was dark red it didn't hurt when I was pushing the plunger but when I pulled out the pin it bled and today it is really sore

That sounds like you hit a vein pretty hard.Are you using a 25 pin? I use 1.5@21 and have that problem in my quads but not delts or glutes.May be something to do with the size of the delts.

I've had it squirt out before. Scary but no biggie.
It just really sore I've been pinning phurious cyp for 5 weeks no pip today my shoulder is really sore I guess it is bruised oh well this is what I signed up for so be it lol
