Hi I have pulled my tendon and wondering if mk 677 is the go to to speed up recovery please

it certainly can help but it takes a longer term approach... for faster acting, you want bpc 157 and tb500

you can get a gel at umbrella labs that is excellent or a blend of capsules... of course you can also get a blend of injectable there but THAT is the combo you would want to go with

that type of injury will require rest. bpc, nutrobal and tb500 will all speed up recovery so i would pick 2 of those from umbrella

these types of nagging injuries are common the point is you don't want to turn them chronic

Make sure you are resting it too man. Don't try to train around it because you are going to make it worse.

Are you sure you pulled it or did you tear it ? Did u go in get x rays etc ?
