Just got home late last night from an awesome vacation with the family. We went to Disney World for 6 days, and we all had a blast! My kids loved it and didn't want to leave but I'm worn the fuck out lol. It was a great time and built some great memories that we will all remember forever.
I didn't workout once, ate shitty food all week, but ironically weighed in 2 lbs less today at 195 lol. I think that is mostly to me only being able to really eat twice a day compared to my normal 6 times per day and probably walking a good 10 miles per day (no shit).
I was going to do cardio today, but I decided to pass on it and just let myself rest up to hit the weights hard and heavy starting Monday after a full 9 days away from the iron.
Anyways just wanted to share with you guys that despite having an awesome vacation, I'm pretty excited to be back in the swing of things, and getting back to business here, getting my diet back on track, and getting back to making progress.
It's nice to have a little break every now and then to enjoy life away from the daily routine. It makes you appreciate everything so much more when you get back to it, and my body needed the break!
