Woke up this morning late. Didn't eat before the gym which is something I rarely miss. So not a great start to the day.
Got to the gym and just felt good about. So started ripping the 110s. Had one hell of a workout. Stepped on the scale and finnaly hit another goal on the weight category which honestly makes me happier than anything. Obviously you can attribute the gain to diet but I'm a form believer post CT helped me reach that goal...
