Anavar/Clen Cycle.

Hey guys I'm 21 - 182cm, 83kg 12-15%. Training for 4 years

Currently in a deficit will cut to around 80kg before my cycle and then cycle to push to get to about 8%

I was thinking I would stay around maintenance calories (or very slight deficit) to see if I can drop some fat and retain or gain a few pounds of muscle during my cycle

I know it's much better to add in test but I'm not in it for the size, just want to harden up really.

Start at 50mg anavar and taper up to 75mg if needed. (I have 25mg tabs so Morning and post workout? Or Morning, pre and post workout if I reach 75mg)?
I was also going to add in clen on a 2 week on 2 week off cycle?

I will take Milk thistle and taurine during cycle and will organise a proper PCT as per your advice.
Anything I need to take to protect cholesterol/blood pressure?

I do not like this setup one bit bro. Anavar is extremely weak, especially without test and really not worth it. Clen is dangerous and not healthy to run. You'd get much better results with a sarms super stack

1-12 LGD 10mg per day
1-12 MK-2866 25mg per day
1-12 S4 50mg per day
1-12 GW 20mg per day

Man I dont how ths setup is going to give you what you are looking for. The clen is really over rated. It is good if it is your first time with it. Before you know it the clen is doing nothing. I am a fan of doing some test in every cycle, and the best part is that the dosage is so adaptable. You can get what you need from 100mg cyp, and then do winny. Var is not going to do it for you man. You sound like you only need to loose a small amount of weight, so try the sarms, esp the GW, and then up your cardio. You can just do winny. A lot of track & field people do this. I have done all oral cycles but they just always seem a little better when you can get some test in there. Not all aas are suitbale to be test replacement, and men are what they are because of test. There are options for you, but you know you are going to have to diet or do more cardio or both. Think it out!

you want to drop 4% body fat which is excellent however you want a steroid to do this for you mixed with clen... okay... clen will probably get you there alone but at what cost? the long and short term effects of it are terrible from heart damage to shakes, to even gaining weight back after you finish using and trust me, its not something you can use long term... unless you want to shorten your life by a lot... take that with using a steroid to try to lose weight which is not what they are intended for coupled with the fact your only 21 years old... your looking to do some severe damage to yourself man and for all the wrong reasons... there is no way i would ever let a client of mine do this whatsoever... not a chance.. there are so many better ways to do this and especially at your age, do you really want to risk hurting yourself at only 21 years old? I think its a very poor idea and would never advise or sign off on such a thing... i can help you not only get to that body fat but preserve and add lean muscle in the process without any of these horrible side effect risks... let me know and we can get you going in the right direction
 
I appreciate all the advice, I have always avoided gear due to my age, I just need something to drop the fat off quicker then the average 1-2lb a week. I have always been fascinated with the increase of vascularity/harder look that var brings not to mention the increase in strength.

I have transitioned from 'bodybuilding' to a more athletic physique. I definitely don't need gear to achieve the look I want but I just want to speed up the process.
I considered winstrol but the sides put me off, I have seemingly bad joints as is.
The price of var isn't an issue

I have many friends who have used clen for a short time and had great results, I considered just using clen but decided I could enhance results and perhaps even bring up a couple of weak spots in my physique.

Also I haven't heard of Sarms before I will research after I finish work. I also considered ECA Stack but seems impossible to get as I live in Australia

Still open to all advice, cheers

You just have to keep in mind that steroids are not fat burners bro. If you want to cut, you need a clean diet with cardio. The sarms stack I posted will certainly help you shed bodyfat as well as harden up and get vascular. Fat loss, muscle gain, strength, hardening and vascularity are all benefits of that stack.
 
I completely understand, steroids aren't a fat burner I was just hoping that clen/anavar would enhance the work im already doing and aleast preserve my size. My macros, cardio and training are in check for steady fat loss.

So steering away from that, what sort of compound is SARMS and what sort of sides should I expect?
Also do you know if its available in Australia?

Why are we all scared that we may loose 2 lbs of muscle? So I am 6'2 and have weighed 190, 195,200,210 and 215. Guess which weight I kicked ass at? Yes..skinny. Yes I lost some muscle...so what? Now I like a happy 195lbs, and put some muscle on doing it. So what? It seems that every bro wants to be 400lbs and shredded. It just does not work that way. Trust me on this...get defined, and leave it be. That is what you really want. Take your time doing it. Be methodical. You have the rest of your life to accomplish being ripped.

i dont know i think its a younger thing, you know how it was when you were younger you wanted to get Big, but the way I see it is, ok go ahead and get big, then when you're old you will slim down and can stay Cut.
 
I never said I want to be big at all, that is the farthest thing from my goal I don't know how you drew that conclusion. I'm also very unsure about this SARMS but will look into it further. I was also hoping for a quick 6-8 week cycle.

Any advice? Might just have up the cardio, down the macros and deal with the muscle loss!

I was looking forward to the strength gains
