Hey guys I'm 21 - 182cm, 83kg 12-15%. Training for 4 years
Currently in a deficit will cut to around 80kg before my cycle and then cycle to push to get to about 8%
I was thinking I would stay around maintenance calories (or very slight deficit) to see if I can drop some fat and retain or gain a few pounds of muscle during my cycle
I know it's much better to add in test but I'm not in it for the size, just want to harden up really.
Start at 50mg anavar and taper up to 75mg if needed. (I have 25mg tabs so Morning and post workout? Or Morning, pre and post workout if I reach 75mg)?
I was also going to add in clen on a 2 week on 2 week off cycle?
I will take Milk thistle and taurine during cycle and will organise a proper PCT as per your advice.
Anything I need to take to protect cholesterol/blood pressure?
Pretty much I need to cut up whilst maintaining my size, I do some modelling work and have let myself slip and need to polish up pretty quickly. Normally I would do this naturally but I found myself losing alot of muscle as I had a large deficit.
I do not currently plan on repeating cycles, perhaps clen in the future.
