So I'm upping the cardio today to 30min 4x a week. I am killing the weights. Shoulder pressing 120lb dbs with ease. I also upped my aromasin 12.5E3D to see how that works. My muscles are full and hard as fuck. Upping the aromasin will help get that water out of there and make me tighter. We'll see how it goes. I just don't wanna crush my e2

Legs and cardio today! Feeling an insane amount of fullness. I think this is the last week of the TNE/DROL /DBOL blend and superdrol as well. I'll keep tbol in for another week. I'm waking up at 298 FUCKING POUNDS. Obviously a lot of it is water. Did chest yesterday and I threw up the 140s for 13 reps. Felt so strong. I'm also thinking of adding some test e in and switching to only E for the remaining 8 - 10 weeks. I'm pinning about 6 days a week lol it's getting old haha
