I am 35 years old and have been training for 17 years. I have run test only cycles in the past and have had great results.

On my test only cycles I ran only trt level doses.
Looking forward to starting a slightly more advanced cycle. Looking for advice. Thanks in advance! My goal is to become crazy vascular. To make this pic look like total shit

Height 6'4
Weight 270lbs
Bf% 14.9
Trt for the past year at 150 a week

Any first cycle you must start with the basics. Test only and a AI. So you can guage how easily your body converts test to estro
 
Awesome jon on your transformation brother. My hat is off to you. It takes hard work and dedication to add or subtract that kinda weight in a positive way so i commend you. I'm sorry, not trying to be THAT guy, but I think your bf% is a little off. I'd say you're still around 20 or so. No big deal. Just keep grinding it down and you'll start seeing that vascularity you're looking for. My advice on a cycle would be to keep it where you're at and get a bit leaner, but don't starve yourself. The beauty with cycling is you can up the intensity and caloric output and still maintain the muscle you've attained through decreased cortisol levels.

That's probably your best bet at the moment bro. Your bodyfat is still very high. You can also add in sarms to expedite your fat loss, which I highly recommend. S4, gw, and sr9009 from sarmsx added to trt could benefit you greatly

No need for juice at your stage

He's on trt. A lot of the weight gained was probably due to low testosterone coupled with a poor diet.

Russdog... can you give us a little insight into your diet and training regimen so we can assist there if need be?
