adding to sarms at week #5

I'm only on day 18, so far the combo of s4/GW has been good....endurance is way up, I think I'm getting stronger as well.
My wife grabbed my arm at the gym today and said it is getting harder...she doesn't even know I'm taking sarms....;)

s4 will definitely add a lot of strength and most definitely provide muscle hardening... s4 is definitely one of my favorites.. also it provides excellent vascularity, especially the leaner you are

I'm seeing it in my forearms....Ol lady is getting tired of me telling her to "DO WORK SON" in the gym day in and day out....lol
 
One Month in on GW/S4, getting leaner and harder for sure, still a ways to to go.
Added Mk-2866/LGD/RAD on the 25th, today was shoulder day and I added 30 pounds to OHP and was shocked.
I got 12 reps on set #5 where before I would get 3-4....;)

I think a good part of the reason is I'm healing a bad shoulder I have had for a year!!
Slowly I have been doing very easy shoulder work and in just the past 2-3 weeks and especially today I'm feeling no pain!!
It also show on chest day this week, incline press was no issues with pain.
If I get by this I'm REALLY ready to go as it has held me back for Months!

The only issue is the color change to lights at night, contrast values are increased as well.

I was a lighting engineer in the TV/movie business so I understand color temperature of lighting.
Lights are measured in (Kelvin) color temperature.
From what I gather, is S4 lets you see the actual color temperature of the light itself where this is very hard to see with the naked eye when you don't have another color source to compare it with.
When not on S4

Kelvin temp is like a rainbow...red/yellows are at the (Warm) end of the scale and all the way to blue/white at the other end(cool)
Example...car headlights are around 2800 K where (Daylight) is 5500 K. and up to 10K

It's kinda cool to me it's like all the lights have gels on them and I didn't have to do the
work....LOL

There have been NO ISSUES at all during the day...at work/gym/play...whatever

No problem....keep in mind the color shifts are just hues of the color not a solid color like you are on a bad trip or anything...LOL
like maybe 20% opacity of the color is all

Yeah I will find it out soon. My stack is on its way :D but I will stick in 50mg ed of S4 for at least 3 weeks. I am a full time student, I need those colors during the day badly lol So I will try to avoid the side...

Started the week off feeling sluggish and achey It was because of high pollen season and bad sleep.
Wed came and I felt 100% better! and so went on until today feeling pretty dam good and positive!

Strength is WAY up this week, I added weight to ALL lifts, some as much as a 25% increase!
I also upped cardio times and intensity, I feel as though I could stay in the gym 1/2 a day...;)

excellent brother... i hate the allergy season but once that passes, as it did for you, you bounce back quickly with sarms... im happy to see your feeling better brother... keep up the great work...

Very nice progress all the way around bud. Nice fat loss and good to see those big strength increases!

Friday update.....4/15/16
180....-1 total to date
BF.......18.4%....-.8 total to date
BP......110/74/54...no issues.....pulse is WAY DOWN!!

Wed was legs day and I added 15 pounds to squat and last set was 10 reps where I would normally get 6 reps!!

Played 36 holes of golf and tweaked my shoulder just a bit, should heal up fine by next training day....;)
