Addicted to size/mass

This would be my ideal goal.We both have the same body types.He's a few inches shorter than me though at 5'5".He was in the under 200lb catagory so with my extra few inches I could probably go for 210-215.The chances of me achieving this at 47 years old are pretty slim but if I can get close,I'll be happy.

I think this look is totally attainable with a few proper gear cycles under your belt by the time you hit 50-51. You'd be surprised at what can be accomplished with heavy weights, proper diet, a good wo routine and a healthy regimen of gear. I'm no expert, but I have seen some wonderful changes in my physique since I came to this forum under the tutelage of some of these guys. RR with the diet aspect/guidance and DG for the cycle recommendations... I've packed on more size before as far as tipping the scale, but to have gained what I have gained thus far and to feel the way I feel mentally and physically... no comparison.

Thanks 44.That's very encouraging.Admittedly I don't make anywhere near the gains I made in my 20's but with PED's,hard work & a strong diet regimen who knows?
 
Dieting is hard. But you don't have to cardio as in running or biking. Lifting and dieting is sufficient if you lift right. But yeah, to each their own. I've always been lean and want to get bigger too.

I try not to get caught up with the lbs I am at. I've been dieting hard and the scale is not reflecting the hard work I am putting in. For instance I got down to about 186 and then carved up and went to 195 it was a mind fuck. I'm lime 9 lbs of water retention now it's going to take weeks to get to 185 again. But the mirror said I looked leaner and more muscular and I really should go by the mirror more then the scale. I probably have 15 to 20 lbs more muscle mass then you're average dude. So I'm thinking is wrong I think. I'm thinking normal guy type poundage. Add 20 for lifters with some time under the bar. Still 185 is my end goal and ill get there only a matter of time. Running tren right now. It's simply at this point I believe replacing fat with gains at a pretty damn impressive 1 for 1 ratio.

A lot of people get stuck on mass but loose sight of quality.

Also one cool thing about bodybuilding and dieting is what it does to your body. Try a hardcore diet for 12 weeks with the proper cycle then take a month off and then pick it all back up again as normal almost as if you were bulking again, and watch your body transform litterly before your eyes lol.
 
The more quality mass I added, the more I was told it was a better look for me. My girlfriend loves it. However, I don't move as fast and am not nearly as flexible. It does feel good to have someone point you out though lol.

My wife refuses to complement me cause she thinks I'll get a big head over it but can tell she likes it.Lol

This all boils down to "each their own" You are going to see the widest variety of guys that want to just be huge and continuously add size etc... None of this is "easy" as we all bust our ass to get what we want but adding more and more size is much more difficult than maintaining a strict diet year long, doing cardio daily etc... Maintenance and cutting takes a lot more discipline and its far more difficult to achieve HOWEVER it takes A LOT to get massive size while keeping it clean, putting in the hardcore time at the gym to get your strength on superman levels etc... Personally, as I have said many times, I am just not comfortable with too much size... Ive always been about being as shredded as possible with as much muscle as I can have staying at a weight of 185-190... i have been up to 220 before but i was just uncomfortable and could have easily gone higher... i just dont like it personally... I envy guys that are 250 with 7% body fat because that takes serious serious work but i just wouldnt be comfortable there although i do feel i could take on the challenge and get to something like 210 with 5-6% i just dont like the feel or look... Im one that dresses very elegant etc... so i love my tighter form fitting designer clothes etc... so being more ripped, yet with less size is what goes hand in hand... however, like i said, its to each their own and i respect all levels of training...

Ive always been really skinny 5'11" 165 when i started my journey. Im now 206 at abou 10-11%bf. When i started i wanted to get as big as possible but ive now settled on a goal of 225-230. Which for me would be pretty satisfactory. I try to maintain a balance of size and definition. I love working out and seeing vascularity even off cycle. Diet for me has been the key. It has made all the difference in the world

Diet is everything man. It doesn't matter if you are chasing size or cuts.....diet is EVERYTHING

lol... they can not compliment us if they want, there are always plenty of other women willing to. I can't go to Lowes without damn near being eye fucked and hugged by every female employee. House of Hoops, Six 02... muscle lust city. 44 is the new mental dildo of their choice. 44 comes with his own lubrication too.

Lol, I had a lot of that going on yesterday while I was at a water park with my family. My daughter and I broke away to do some stuff for a while, and them pool moms were looking really hard lol

yeah bro... see the thing is... not everyone who uses anabolics has to be some fucking huge animal... they do have physique competitions etc... out there... i can easily put that size on... i have such huge responses to things i take... fucking winstrol adds me 10 lbs if i want... so you can imagine when i run other things that are far stronger in terms of size... if i ever decide to really get some size, you will see =)
