Currently on week 8 of a 20 week cycle. Test, Decca and EQ.

I am curious to know which of the sarms I should be taking to maximize my gains.

Im 51 years old, current weight at 81kg (starting weight 74kg) Im on week 7 of my program. (Started my cycle one week early to prep my body a bit)

I am a hard gainer so weight gain has always been an issue but I am on a strict diet plan so I know Im eating right.

Please let me know your thoughts and/or steer me in the right direction please.

My main goal is size/muscle.

20 weeks is a Long cycle bro....

if youre a hardgainer why are you on a "strict" diet. screw strict bro, you just need to eat MORE
 
Well, I'm on a strict diet and the strict part of it is hitting my calories for the day and at least 400G of carbs. Also eating at meal times regardless I'd I'm hungry or not

The email that showed replies does not contain any links to this post or any others, makes it very hard to find specific posts. I have some pics I can upload to show how the cycle works but yet to figure it out. Would be a lot easier if I could do it on my phone too as all my pics and info is on there.
 
For Calorie intake and also eating the right foods. 2 hour intervals or what works in with my break times at work etc.
Eating more doesnt actually work unless you are eating MORE of the right foods. That is what being on a strict diet is. Everything is controlled and adjusted according to weight changes.

COMPLETE stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat %
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

thats fine bro. you should be eating frequently.

of course you have to eat the proper foods. but you also need to eat some "dirty" foods too if you are truly a hardgainer. those low glycemic carbs aint gonna do PISS for you, trust me.
im eating low GI in the mornings (oatmeal) but right after my workout you better believe im slamming some High GI, white rice, white pasta, etc. sometimes Candy or Sugary drinks.
you can be as strict as you want but if youre not gaining weight its not working bro. try something different. no one says you have to eat 100 lbs of candy a day either. be reasonable.

Exactly. I most definitely hit some simple sugars intra and postworkout and it's made a difference. That has to do with insulin spiking and nutrient shuttling.

As for the sarms to add to your cycle, LGD, RAD, and S4 are what you want
