Sounds like arthritis or possibly an injury to a cervical disc. It could also be your brachial plexus. So many different things can cause something like this, so I would definitely see a specialist.
To me it sounds like something has made your blood less viscous. If you're not on any medication, something you are taking is causing your blood to thin. It's good that you stopped the orals, but I would stop the organ defender and see what happens.
I would also run a metabolic panel to see if...
On and off training for 1 year I would not consider sarms or PED's. I recommend training naturally for at least 5 or more years consistently before using anything. That is just my input. Plenty of room for progress.
Clen is the devil's venom brother. I am definitely not a fan. I have a buddy who has no issues when using it, but it makes me shake like my wife's vibrator. I would avoid it at all costs.
Let's go ahead and get you dialed in under 15% naturally. You will be in a much better place to add PEDs. Otherwise, your sides and risks will be much greater.

Overtrain a specific muscle group? Most likely not. Overtrain your central nervous system? Absolutely.
Spend 3 hours in the gym, lifting vigorously, 7 days a week, and I guarantee you will run yourself into the ground. I don't care if you're running 4 grams a week, it will happen haha.
I completely agree with this. Do your first contest naturally and see where you stand. It's good to get your feet wet and understand how your body responds to different dieting protocols. Next time you decide to compete, I would have my first run prior to prep, in the off season.
I personally love DHT's. I do not get any of the negative sides many complain of. Like every compound, what affects one person one way, may not affect another person. I'm sorry you have to deal with the issues, because I truly love some Mast!
Happy to be aboard. There seem to be a lot of knowledgeable fellas on this board. I believe I even recognize some guys from back in the day of the "elitefit" boards. Thankfully those days are over haha.
