Well my strength didn't really increase much since i dropped the tren unfortunately but neither did it decrease so that's fine.. thinking that the myostatin is building up. Still having shoulder pain when i bench press even though i started doing lightweight, can't really tell what the problem...

Weight has already gone up with around 7 kilos
