What is the reason behind feeling pain the muscle that you inject juice in it ? is it normal to feel pain ?? and is there any way to minimize this pain?
Can you reach your rear delt yourself? I've heard it's hard to get to.Try other areas... I've found that my quads on the lateral aspect is painless. Basically where the outside edge of your blue jeans front pocket would be. My rear delts are also smooth as butter. Experiment and find what's best for you bro! Good luck

I am using 23 gauge for quads injections and 22 gauge for glutes and I am always cleaning the site before injecting and i am going really slowly while injecting and when i finish i make sure to keep the needle in for 15 seconds then take it out and massage the area thats how i always do itThere's a lot of things that contribute to injection pain. Needle size and length, site used, speed of injection, and gear quality to name a few.
Tell us all that info and maybe we can help you find the problem

You could go with a smaller gauge if you want man. I always use 25g all around.I am using 23 gauge for quads injections and 22 gauge for glutes and I am always cleaning the site before injecting and i am going really slowly while injecting and when i finish i make sure to keep the needle in for 15 seconds then take it out and massage the area thats how i always do it
I draw with a 23 and pin with a 25 or 26. It takes a little longer but the smaller the needle the less scar tissue you'll get over time. I would never inject with a 22... That's a harpoon!!!I am using 23 gauge for quads injections and 22 gauge for glutes and I am always cleaning the site before injecting and i am going really slowly while injecting and when i finish i make sure to keep the needle in for 15 seconds then take it out and massage the area thats how i always do it

The guage is the diameter of the needle not the length. I use 1 inch length all around.Isn't 25 or 26 gauge way too short for IM injection? like i dont think u can go deep into the muscle with such needle
Gauge is the diameter of the needle, has nothing to do with the length. You can get any gauge in any length. 25gx1", 25gx1.5", etc. The smaller the gauge, the less scar tissue. No reason to use a 22g like you're using in my opinion. Oil pushes just fine through a smaller gauge.Isn't 25 or 26 gauge way too short for IM injection? like i dont think u can go deep into the muscle with such needle
