What is the reason behind feeling pain the muscle that you inject juice in it ? is it normal to feel pain ?? and is there any way to minimize this pain?

Try other areas... I've found that my quads on the lateral aspect is painless. Basically where the outside edge of your blue jeans front pocket would be. My rear delts are also smooth as butter. Experiment and find what's best for you bro! Good luck

Inject slowly, massage the site with a prep pad for a minute or so after, don't move the needle around

Can you reach your rear delt yourself? I've heard it's hard to get to.

I'm assuming youre new to pinning, pip is expected with virgin muscles but it will cease. Just focus on perfecting your technique. You can try warming up the oil, try to stabilize from shaking when pinning, pin slowly, massage the area afterwards, etc. Those are all things you can do while you are getting used to a site.

You know how alcohol stings when you put it on an open wound?

Gear has a certain content of alcohol in it to keep it sterile. And you're injecting that into an INTERNAL wound you're creating with a pin. So depending on the alky content (more or less which are both bad, or just right when the gear is good) that's the main reason why it stings and hurts - or doesn't.

The rest is all technique and experience.

There's a lot of things that contribute to injection pain. Needle size and length, site used, speed of injection, and gear quality to name a few.

Tell us all that info and maybe we can help you find the problem

If it's virgin muscle you just need to give it a little time. I still get PIP occasionally.

I am using 23 gauge for quads injections and 22 gauge for glutes and I am always cleaning the site before injecting and i am going really slowly while injecting and when i finish i make sure to keep the needle in for 15 seconds then take it out and massage the area thats how i always do it

You could go with a smaller gauge if you want man. I always use 25g all around.

I draw with a 23 and pin with a 25 or 26. It takes a little longer but the smaller the needle the less scar tissue you'll get over time. I would never inject with a 22... That's a harpoon!!!

PIP is the price we pay, massage it, warm towel it, perfect the pin, rotate sites, it may or may not continue... but it is a part of the game. I had my wife pin my delts and I gotta say it's a great option for a site. I can barely pin my glutes now, but I can get there now so that eases up on my quads, bi's and pecs (usual sites I can reach on my own). I find a steaming hot shower helps with some PIP temporarily.

Isn't 25 or 26 gauge way too short for IM injection? like i dont think u can go deep into the muscle with such needle

The guage is the diameter of the needle not the length. I use 1 inch length all around.

Gauge is the diameter of the needle, has nothing to do with the length. You can get any gauge in any length. 25gx1", 25gx1.5", etc. The smaller the gauge, the less scar tissue. No reason to use a 22g like you're using in my opinion. Oil pushes just fine through a smaller gauge.
