    I just talked with Drb and Rick about the blood pressure. Rick suggested that the extra inch on my waist and the bp could be related to estrogen. I'm going to increase my AI dose from EOD to every day. Hopefully that will help.

    And this should go without saying, but diet is still #1 in this equation. If you're diet isn't on point during this time, you're just wasting your money with the ECA stack. The stack will only give you a slight metabolic boost. Slight. ;)
