Yeah problem is though when you work on going for a max it kinda messes with your session. I've got a certain way I do things when going for a max that's way different than my normal workout

I swear this shit is the reason one day I would love to have my own gym. No bullshit allowed. Common sense and manhood testing required to be a member. Slam whatever weight you want, make whatever noise and no half ass training sessions. But sadly I don't have a spare few 100k laying around...

No workout today back at it tomorrow.

I've got some home ground breakfast sausage from wild hog and that stuff is amazing. Self processed without extra added bullshit. The only added fat is from a pig a friend slaughtered... all natural at it's finest. We added some flavor mix like maple and stuff to some to spice it up.
