Today… Avocado/coconut oil/ wholes eggs/almonds/cheese….ice cream….;)
one dropper full down the hatch once a day at the same time.
Don't mix it in water take it straight down don't hold under your tongue.
Chase it with a drink of your choice..

I absolute would tip him off so he/She knows where you stand
It needs to be run a year and you are too young to benefit from it…eat and train hard, I know it's not what you want to hear but it is a FACT and we are..at least me…….. twice your age
