I Believe it's 1 dropper full.

one dropper full down the hatch once a day at the same time.
Don't mix it in water take it straight down don't hold under your tongue.
Chase it with a drink of your choice..

if it is from sarmsx, then its one full dropper... take it straight down and if you need it, use a chaser... its very quick and simple..
