We need more info brother. That's a potent cycle for shutting down the bizalls. You should've been running an AI and caber or Prami on cycle. For pct you'll want an equally intense pct. Quality fresh mucuna pruriens I would recommend for sure and aromasin, clomid, and nolva ONLY about 4 weeks or so after your last pin. You don't want to use Nolva too soon after a 19-nor like nandralone because it sensitized the prolactin receptors. I haven't used it but Id suggest trying the "super male vitality" from Infowars.com store. They really use nothing but top quality ingredients.

Nolva should be avoided for a while after deca, but here is what I recommend

Thank you for the advice, I'm 40 6ft and 16 stone.
I've been taking 3 ml of testonate 300 and 3ml of deca 250 split into 3 doses a week that's all I've had, the person who I got it of is not around anymore so I'm having to go through a friend to get my PCT who is not too helpful at all and suggested a couple of shots of HCG should do the trick. I appreciate I've not planned this out as well as I should have due to unforseen circumstances. I've had a few mini cycles here and there and never did PCT this is my first full cycle. Could you tell me the doses of Clomid and whatever to run it with please any help would be appreciated.

hcg should NEVER be used in pct and whoever told you a couple shots of hcg "would do the trick" is far beyond clueless and more so dangerous... here is a full pct layout for you... it is imperative to run rull and complete pct's and when deca is involved its even scarier to hear the advice you were give for pct...

Hcg is suppressive and the whole point of pct is to get your body to come back to natural levels. I would suggest the same pct suggested by dylan and only use hcg in the 2 weeks leading up to your last pin. It will stimulate natural test production and help to kickstart your pct recovery.. but that does not take the place of proper SERM and dosages. Good luck and let me know if I can be of any help

^This is very accurate, PCT will remain the same with deca and test should be run a week or more longer than deca itself.
