Dbol and Sust

I am..
Age 36
Height 175cm
Current Weight 80kg
I've been training natural for almost 3 years and finally decided to get on some gear, here is what I'm currently on...

Week 1-12 Sust250 @500PW
Week 4-8 Dbol10MG Caps @40MG PD (4weeks worth)
PCT Nolvadex on hand
Diet roughly 5000cals a day

The only reason I started the Dbol mid cycle is because I decided to add it last minute or else I was gonna do a Sust only run.

I train 5-6 days a week max, with an hour being the least amount of time spent per session to 2.5 hours being the most time spent per session. Train a consistent split with extra attention payed to lagging body parts which are compensated for with x2 sessions a week, with no less than 15 minutes of sprint work and walking on the treadmill.

My expectation far outweighed the reality of the matter, so far I have achieved a 4.5kg weight gain in 5.5 weeks according to the scale but not what I was expecting.
I'm going to ride it out for the reminder of the cycle, try put on as much size as possible and aggressively she weight and try put on some quality muscle with the following...

Good to see you are going conservative and not crazy with your doses. I'm sure it will work out nice. Just make sure you take your ai and caber with the tren cycle.

You are not experienced enough for Tren yet brother, so I would not even consider that an option right now. I'm also confused on what you are doing. I understand the sustanon cycle you are on right now, but are you planning this next cycle as an extension of your current one or for further down the road? You need to stop the cycle after the sustanon and do proper PCT with appropriate time off before starting another. After you've had enough time off you can consider running another cycle.

After PCT however, there is another option to help you shed the fat and build muscle as a bridge between your cycles until your next one starts. Sarms can be used during this time because they are minimally suppressive and do not have the side effects that steroids do. I recommend running this stack for 12 weeks that is perfect for fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, and strength. It also will give you nice hardening and vascularity.

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

hey bro... so its never a good idea to use dbol mid or at the end of a cycle because you are elevating estrogen too high going into post cycle... that's the last thing you want.. keep that in mind in the future.. moving forward... you do understand that your running a 12 week cycle, then a 2 week clearance of esters and then 4 weeks of pct... so thats 18 weeks on... your pct is terrible and i would not even call that a pct... you need a full pct or your only ensuring a delayed recovery as well as a certain loss of gains which defeats the entire purpose of your cycle... being on 18 weeks requires 18 weeks off so looking at your next cycle while you are still in the middle of your first with 6 months in between the time of your next is not advisable... you should be far more focused on this cycle and then your post cycle followed by a bridge... your goals could change by then, your overall condition etc... for instance, running masteron, you need to be under 10% body fat... im going to give you a proper pct layout... i have a perfect bridge for you to build muscle and melt fat as well... start by reading my articles on sarms at www.pureessencesarms.com and also watch my videos on sarms at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEdmdT ... ujxQgFa-kw

As soon as you complete the last day of your pct then you actually start your bridge right after.. The key here is setting yourself a goal going into your bridge, whether that be cleaning up gains, clean and add or get to a currently level to proepare for your next cycle... like i indicated before, to use masteron you want to be 10% or lower... so perhaps you aim for that as your goal etc... just have something to aim for and make it really as though you are never off cycle because using this bridge, you cannot tell that you are ever off, so utilize that bro... get the very most out of it, which you can.... here's the layout for your bridge...
