When you need to meet a target goal versus just eat well to maintain it can be a beeeetch. I have roughly 6 more hours to consume 3260 calories... it can be done, but damn. Shoulda ate breakfast instead of heading straight to work on something after the gym... pray for The 44 fellas.
 
Nuts are really calorie dense & they don't really fill you up.You can eat a ton of them.They're more healthy fats than protein though.Almonds have a decent amount of protein.

Only thing messing me up is doing that sculpture in that restaurant. I hit gym in the am then go straight to the place to work on it. Tomorrow I'll make a stop at IHOP before I do.
