i would simply go 250/250 of test and deca for 12 weeks, then stay on mk677 the entire time and through pct, yes... did you want a full layout brother?

great feedback RickRock I see the point. I dry I am at 190lbs from 178lbs so realistic I would only hit 208lbs maybe and work on gaining from there?

It's impossible for me to say where you'll end up. I just wanted you to understand things and keep it realistic on expectations. Otherwise you'll end up very disappointed
